In The Event Of A Defect In The Printing Files, The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Submit The Corrected Printing Files To The Contractor Within 1 Day; The Contractor Is Obliged To Approve The Corrected Printing Files Provided By The Ordering Party Within 1 Day;5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A File Containing A Preview Of The Cover In The Production Version To The Ordering Party For Approval Before Printing Begins. The Parcels Will Be Accompanied By A Wz Document Informing About The Number Of Books Delivered,8. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Refuse To Accept Delivery Of The Quantity If: 8.1. The Contractor Will Not Provide The Wz Document With The Goods, 8.2. The Contractor Does Not Inform The Ordering Party About The Delivery Date In Advance, 8.3. The Contractor Packs The Goods Contrary To The Specifications, 8.4. The Goods Are Mechanically Damaged Or Have Other Defects, Including Technical Ones, Visible At The Time Of Acceptance,9. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Ask The Contractor To Send, At The Contractors Expense, A Print Of The Cover On The Target Raw Material, Made With The Target Technique, For Approval Before Printing The Entire Print Run And Up To 15 Pages Selected From The Middle, Printed With The Target Technique On The Target Raw Material.13. The Print That Is The Subject Of The Order Must Be Completed No Later Than November 6, 2023, And The Ordering Party Undertakes To Provide Printing Files For The Completed Prints No Later Than October 13, 2023.
