The Subject Of The Proceedings And Order Is The Delivery Of Six Network Switches (Switches) Along With Installation, Configuration And Commissioning (Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Range Or Equipment). The Delivery Of The Assortment Also Includes The Delivery Of The Necessary Software And Equipment (Including Modules And Cabling), As Well As Delivery Of The Assortment To The Ordering Partys Headquarters, Unloading And Bringing It To The Room Indicated By The Ordering Party, Installation, Configuration, Commissioning, Preparation And Submission Of As-Built Documentation To The Ordering Party, Carrying Out Instruction For The Ordering Partys Staff And Covering The Above-Mentioned Warranty In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In Sopz. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1A To The Swz Titled Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Sopz)/Contractors Technical Offer Form (Fot). Details Regarding The Guarantee, Warranty And Related Benefits Are Included In Annex No. 1A To The Swz And 6 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. Detailed Conditions And Method Of Delivery Are Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Draft Contract/Ppu).
