Specifically, The Magazines Are To Be Published Each Spring ( Around Mid-May) And In Autumn (Around Mid-November). The Bidder Ensures That The Cover Letters And Magazines Are Enveloped And Distributes Them Using An Address Distribution List (Microsoft Excel Table) Provided By The Client Or A Partner Of The Client. Delivery Takes Place In The Core (Approx. 80%) In The Emscher-Lippe Region, As Well As Within A Maximum Of 40 Km As The Crow Flies Around The Region For The Remaining Copies (Approx. 20%).
