Note That There Is No Guarantee That This Source List Will Proceed Or That Any Security Clearance(S) Will Be Granted Under The Sponsorship Process In A Timely Fashion Or Otherwise.Description Of The Source List And Servicesconsultants On The Source List Are To Provide &Ldquo;As And When Required&Rdquo; Designated Substance Assessment And Monitoring Consultant Services Specific To Department Of National Defence (Dnd) Requirements For Any Location Within Rp Ops Pacific (British Columbia).In General Terms, Services Required Include, But Are Not Limited To, The Following:Comprehensive Hazardous Material (Hazmat) Assessments;Designated Substance Survey/Hazmat Risk Assessments And Work Classification Determination;Designated Substance Survey/Hazmat Inventories;Recommendations, Professional Advice And Mitigation Measures To Manage Identified Designated Substance Survey/Hazmat (Health And Safety Procedures For Workers And Other Personnel; Removal/Abatement, Disposal);Cost Estimates To Implement The Mitigation Measures;Inspection And Air Monitoring Associated With Hazardous Material Abatement;Preparation Of Specifications And Drawings Associated Mitigation Measures To Remove And Dispose The Designated Substance Including Conducting Site Inspections, Confirmation Service And Analysis (Air Monitoring) Before, During And After Designated Substance Survey/Hazmat Abatement, Andpreparation Of Designated Substances Reports, Notice Of Project And Description Of Procedures As Required By The Occupational Health And Safety Act Of The Province The Project Is Located In.The Rough Order Of Magnitude Value Of The Source List Is Between $1,500,000 And $2,500,000. It Is Anticipated That This Source List Will Be Initiated In The Fall Of 2023.Contract Award And Anticipated Security Requirementsin Order To Be Eligible For Source List Award, A Consultant Will Be Required To, Among Other Things, Actively Hold All Required Security Clearance(S) At The Time Of Closing, As Further Detailed In The Request For Proposal Documents.As Of The Date Of Posting Of This Advance Procurement Notice, The Required Security Clearance(S) Are Anticipated To Be:For Consultants: A Valid And Active Designated Organization Screening (Dos) At The Level Of Reliability Granted Or Approved By The Contract Security Program (Csp), Public Works And Government Services Canada (Pwgsc).Industrial Security Program (Isp) Sponsorship Defence Construction Canada (Dcc) Is Providing Consultants Early Access To The Security Clearance Application Process Through Sponsorship Under Its Industrial Security Program (Isp).
