The Subject Of The Order Is The Demolition And Translocation Of A Wooden Architectural Object (Object) Located On The Plot With Registration Number 32/2, District 8, Krowodrza Registration Unit In Krakow (Primary Location). The Object Is Entered In The Municipal Register Of Monuments Under Number 4273.2. The Place Of Translocation, Construction And Assembly Of The Facility Is A Plot With Registration Number No. 316/5, Precinct 36, Registration Unit Nowa Huta, Located At Genera a Micha a Karaszewicza-Tokarzewskiego And Tatarakowa Streets, In Krakow, Where The Branice Educational Park Is Being Built. The Location Of The Facility In The Target Place Is Indicated On The Map (Appendix No. 2 To The Functional And Utility Program; Ffu) As Approximate Location For Translocation Of The Facility. 3. The Order Is Being Implemented In The Design And Build Mode.4. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into 3 Stages: 1) Stage I - Preparation Of Comprehensive Design Documentation Along With Obtaining All Required Arrangements, Decisions, Conditions And Permits, Final Administrative Decisions Enabling The Execution And/Or Continuation Of The Works (Including Construction Permits, Demolition Permits, Translocation, Work Notifications). Transfer Of Proprietary Rights To The Ordering Party To The Documentation Created During The Term Of The Agreement.2) Stage Ii - Construction And Conservation Works - Demolition, Translocation (Including Construction Of A Roof For The Elements Stored According To The Markings), Conservation, Construction And Assembly.3) Stage Iii - Documentation As-Built.
