The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Snow Clearing Of Roads Across The Entire Width. 2) Eliminating Slipperiness Along The Entire Width Of Roads, And Especially On Sections That Determine The Possibility Of Traffic, I.E. Dangerous Turns And Driveways, Intersections With Hard Roads, Bus Stops And Other Places Determined By Representatives Of The Commune Office. Work Should Begin After The Occurrence Of A Phenomenon Justifying The Provision Of Services Covered By The Contract Immediately After Notification. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Equipment And Staff Appropriate To The Given Instructions, Technically Efficient And Equipped With Propellants Within 60 Minutes Of Receiving The Request. The Contractor Will Make The Roads Passable Within 5 Hours Of The Call. In The Event Of Extremely Unfavorable And Unstable Weather Conditions (Blizzards And Snowstorms, Long-Lasting Snowstorms That Destroy The Effects Of Snow Removal From Roads), It May Be Impossible To Achieve And Maintain The Final Standard On The Roads. The Organization Of Work Should Then Be Adapted To The Current Conditions, Changing Road Conditions And Adopt Unconventional Solutions, E.G. Clearing Snow From Only One Lane And Driving Cars In Convoys, Starting From The Roads With The Highest Traffic Intensity.3) Conditions Regarding Material, Equipment And Contractors Availability For The Implementation Subject Of The Order Are As Follows: A) Material To Eliminate Slippery Roads Will Be Provided By The Contractor. The Material Should Meet The Requirements Specified In The Relevant Regulations. B) The Contractor Must Have Appropriate Equipment And Devices To Eliminate Road Slipperiness. 4) The Scope Of The Service Includes Municipal And Internal Roads Indicated In The Technical Documentation Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Includes Annex No. 1 - List Of Municipal Roads And Annex No. 2 - Plan Of Municipal And Internal Roads (Internal Roads Marked In Red And Municipal Roads Marked In Black).5) The Expected Scope Of A Single Road Detour In The Przykona Commune Is Approximately 98 Km.6) The Remuneration Includes Payment For The Actual Performance Of The Task. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For Remuneration For Readiness To Perform The Service During The Duration Of The Contract.7) The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality Of The Task Performed.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And A Description Of The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding The Implementation And Acceptance Of The Service Are Also Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract That Will Be Introduced Into The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
