4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase, Under A Comprehensive Agreement, Of Gaseous Fuel For The Needs Of The Facilities Of The Daszyna Commune, I.E. To The Exit Point To The Distribution System Of The Daszyna Commune (Witonia Exit Point). The Scope Of The Order Includes The Purchase Of Gas In The Period From The Date Of Signing The Contract To December 31, 2023 For 8 Municipal Boiler Rooms In The Following Towns: Daszyna, Mazew, Koryta, S awoszew, Daszyna, Witonia, Drzykozy, Karkoszki, With An Estimated Total Amount Of 1,883,500.00 Kwh. 4.2. A Detailed Description Of The Employers Needs For Individual Facilities Of The Daszyna Commune Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Siwz. The Estimated Amount Of Gas Is For Calculation Purposes Only And Does Not Constitute An Obligation To Purchase It. The Actual Amount Of Gas Purchased During The Execution Of The Contract Will Result Solely From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party.4.3. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For The Entire Process, Including The Course And Timely Execution Of The Order, Quality, Compliance With The Technical And Quality Conditions Specified For The Subject Of The Order.4.6. The Daszyna Commune Will Purchase Gas Fuel At The Exit Point To The Daszyna Communes Distribution System (Witonia Exit Point). The Offer Is To Include The Provision Of Distribution Services And The Provision Of Comprehensive Services In The Distribution System Of The Daszyna Commune.4.7.
