The Supplier Of The Subject Of Public Procurement Is A Significant Supplier According To Act No. 181/2014 Coll., On Cyber Security And On The Amendment Of Related Laws (Cyber Security Act), As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As Zkb) And Decree No. 82/2018 Coll., On Security Measures, Cyber Security Incidents, Reactive Measures, Submission Requirements In The Field Of Cyber Security And Data Disposal (Decree On Cyber Security), As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As The Cyber Security Decree). The Supplier Will Have To Comply With All Obligations Resulting From The Zkb, Vkb And Related Legal Regulations. The Contracting Authority In The Field Of Ict Awards A Public Order With The Designation Coordination Of The Preparation And Implementation Of Healthcare Electronicization Projects (Hereinafter Referred To As The Rfp For The Coordinator). Due To The Interconnectedness Of The Subjects Of The Implementation Of The Vz For The Coordinator And The Public Contracts Awarded In This Procurement Procedure And The Possible Conflict Of Interests, The Supplier Selected Within The Framework Of The Vz For The Coordinator Must Not Be The Same As The Selected Supplier In This Procurement Procedure. Therefore, The Contracting Authority Will Not Enter Into A Framework Agreement For The Performance Of This Public Contract With The Supplier Who Will Be Selected And With Whom The Framework Agreement Will Be Signed At The Vz For The Coordinator.
