Ii.1.5)Short Description Of The Contract Or Purchase(S): Dga Naval Techniques (Dga Tn) Is A Reference Center In The Evaluation And Expertise Of Accumulators For Submarine Batteries. To Carry Out Its Mission, Dga Tn Has An Electrotechnical Test Bench For Submarine Accumulators (Bea) On Its Toulon (Mourillon) Site. The Bea Makes It Possible To Carry Out Cycling Tests And Aging Tests In Conditions Representative Of On-Board Operation On Nuclear Submarines. So That Dga Tn Can Continue To Ensure The Experiments And Evaluations Necessary For State Expertise In Optimal Conditions, And In Compliance With The Rules For Ensuring The Safety Of An Electrical Installation, An Exceptional Raising Of This Testing Means Is Necessary, Subject Of This Framework Agreement. The Bea Includes Four Distinct Parts: • Part 1: Electrical System; • Part 2: Automation System; • Part 3: Temperature Regulation System And Its Tanks; • Part 4: Data Acquisition And Processing System. The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement Is The Following Activities Carried Out By The Holder: • Removal Of The Tgbt (General Low Voltage Switchboard) And Its Removal; •Replacing : Test Benches (Loaders/Unloaders) And Related Equipment; The Control System; Thermostatted Tanks And Associated Piping; • The Supply Of A Compressed Air Electrolyte Mixing System; • The Supply Of A Hydrogen Release Measurement System; • Installation And Commissioning On Site; • Checks For Proper Operation; • Initial User Training On Operating The Installations; • Additional Training On Operating The Installations; • Data Processing Of New Chargers The Dismantling Of Obsolete Equipment (Tanks, Shelters, Chargers And Tgbt) Will Be Handled By Another Dismantling Contract. Procedure : This Draft Contract Is Subject To The Procedure With Negotiation In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles L 23241, L 23243, R 23241, R 23243, R 23611, R 23618 To R 236112 Of The Public Procurement Code.
