The Performance Of The Public Contract Will Take Place According To The Current Needs Of The Contracting Authority, Under The Conditions Set Out In This Procurement Documentation And Its Annexes. The Subject Of Public Contract Performance Is Defined In The Contract Model, Which Forms An Appendix To The Procurement Documentation.
