The Norwegian Directorate For Education And Training (Udir) Shall Develop An Online Support Resource Aimed At New Arrivals Who Want To Work In Norwegian Nurseries, Schools And Wraparound Care. The Support Resource Is Intended To Provide Competence, Both To Unskilled And Skilled Workers, About Important Laws And Regulations, Guidelines, Values, Culture And Practice In Norwegian Nurseries, Schools And Wraparound Care, And Thus Provide Interested New Arrivals With Better Prerequisites For Quickly Finding Work In Nurseries, Schools And Wraparound Care. The Objective Of The Contract Is That This Should Also Help Meeting The Challenge Many Norwegian Nurseries And Schools Have In Obtaining Adequate And Wellqualified Personnel As A Result Of The Increased Number Of New Arrivals, Especially From Ukraine.
