The Place Of Provision Of Services Is: The Places Of Business Of The Entrepreneurs Where The Ordering Party Conducts The Search, Located In Poland. A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Specification Of Conditions Of Procurement, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz, And In The Draft Provisions Of The Framework Agreement Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Tor. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Renew The Basic Order. The Expected Resumption Period Is A Maximum Of 12 Months.
