The Subject Of The Order Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement In Which The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Placing An Order For: 1) Delivery Of Up To 56 Emus In The Following Versions: Four-Section Up To 28 Pcs. Five-Section Up To 28 Pcs. Together With Technical Documentation, Including Construction Documentation Enabling Inspections At Levels P1 - P5, Including: A) Granting A Warranty For Each Emu For A Minimum Period Of 60 Months, B) Instruction For The Operators Employees Indicated By The Ordering Party C) Granting A License For The Software And Technical Documentation 2) Providing Comprehensive Service And Maintenance Services For Each Emu With Equipment (Including Ticket Machines, Validators) From Levels P1 To P4. 3) Delivery Of A Spare Parts Package.
