With The Intention Of Entering A Design And Build Contract At The Completion Of The Pcsa Stage Should The Initial Services Be Successfully Delivered To The Satisfaction Of The Council, And Dependant On The Attractiveness Of The Contract Price Proposal Submitted. The Site For The Development Sits At The Intersection Of Richmond Quay And Boundary Street. Once Completed, Riverview Development Will Provide Ground Floor Commercial Space To Be Let For Retail, Food & Beverage Or Other Yet To Be Selected Commercial Use, While The 1St Floor Will Be Developed By Grey District Council Into A New Library Facility To Serve The Local Community.
