Vendors Must Be Capable Of Being Self-Sufficient In Power, Water And Waste Provisioning And Hold A Current Mobile Vendors Licence And Food Safety And Health Certificate As Applicable. All Trading Operations Are Subject To The CouncilS Trading And Events In Public Places Policy 2018. Note: This Does Not Include Sites For Ccc Managed Events.
