Each Ampoule Should Be Inserted In Pre-Sterilized Theatre Pack. Note: 1.This Injection Should Be Stable For A Minimum Of 02 Years When Stored At A Temperature Range Of 28C-32C 2.This Injection Should Comply With The No.15.4 Labelling For Anaesthetic Products Of The Tender Documents. 3.Each Ampoule Should Be Labelled Accordingly. Packing 10 Ampoules In A Pack Qty 250,000 Ampoule Representative Samples For The Item To Be Submitted For The Evaluation As Tender Samples. Bid Validity Period : Bid Should Be Valid Till 31.03.2024 Amount Of Bid Bond : Lkr 1,184,150.00 Or Usd 3659.08 To Be Submitted Along With The Bid. Bid Bond Valid Till 30.04.2024.
