The Order Covers The Supply Of The Quantities Of Factory New, Unused Spare Parts And Consumables Specified In The Technical Specification, As Well As Subsequent Deliveries Of These Parts And Consumables As Required. Consideration Of Offers: On The Basis Of Art. 181, Para. 2 Of The Public Procurement Act (Ppa), The Commission Will Evaluate The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Before Conducting A Preliminary Selection. The Commissions Actions Will Be Carried Out In The Sequence Provided For In Art. 61 Of The Regulations For The Implementation Of The Law On Public Procurement (Ppzop). According To Art. 9 L. Para. 3 Of The Ppzop, The Price Proposals Are Encrypted Together With The Other Documents Under Art. 39, Para. 2 And Para. 3, Item 1 Of Ppzop.
