The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities In The Design And Construction Of The Above-Mentioned Sites, Related To The Implementation Of Energy-Efficient Reconstruction Of The Buildings Of Two Of The Community Centers In Razlog Municipality, Namely Community Center Sun In The Village Of Gorno Draglishte, Consisting Of 2 Above-Ground Floor And One Basement Floor And Community Center Zapadnorodopski Chaj 1906 In The Village Of Eleshnitsa, Consisting Of Three Floors (With A Basement, Monolithic Reinforced Concrete, Skeletal Beam Construction With Supporting Reinforced Concrete Columns, Reinforced Concrete Mezzanine Slabs, Ceiling And Roof Slab). The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Main Activities: Preparation Of A Technical Project For The Purpose Of Thermal Insulation Of Fenced Elements, Replacement Of Windows And Modernization Of The Heating System. The Design And Construction Works On The Buildings Of The Two Community Centers Also Include Thermal Insulation Of The External Walls, Construction Of A Photovoltaic System For Own Consumption, Thermal Insulation Of The Roof And Thermal Insulation Of The Floor. The Exercise Of The Authors Supervision, Which Monitors The Exact Compliance Of The Investment Projects During The Implementation Of The Smr, Should Be In Accordance With The Approved Project Documentation And The Applicable Regulations. The Constructions Under Both Separate Positions Fall Into The First Group Buildings Of High-Rise Construction (Public - Service Importance), Third Category, According To Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 3, B. C Of Zut And Art. 6, Para. 3, Item 4 Of Ordinance No. 1 Of 30.07.2003 On The Nomenclature Of Construction Types.
