The Scope Of The Order Includes Maintenance Of The Municipal Road Network In Winter Conditions. The Subject Of The Order Includes Cleaning Of Snow And Ice And Anti-Icing Treatment (Sandblasting) Of The Road Surfaces And Facilities Along The Routes/Sections/Mentioned Below. The Total Length Of Roads Subject To Winter Maintenance Is 72.45 Km In The Following Settlements: - Town Of Sapareva Banya - The Village Of Panichishte - The Village Of Saparevo - Ovchartsi Village - Resilovo Village The Main Activities For Winter Maintenance Of The Roads Include Snow And Ice Cleaning With High Passable Equipment And Anti-Icing Treatment (Sandblasting) Of Municipal Roads On The Territory Of The Sapareva Banya Municipality, With A Total Length Of 72.45 Km. In Specific Extraordinary Or Emergency Situations, The Contracting Authority May Order A Change Of Priorities, Hiring Of Additional Equipment, Use Of Inert Materials, Etc. Discretion After Consultation With The Contractor. The Contracting Authority Can Assign Snow Removal On Road Sections Outside The Routes Related To Specific Needs Of The Population. The Passability Of All Road Routes Is Ensured In Agreement With The Contractor In Order To Take Actions Against Slipping And Icing, Ensuring And Creating Normal Conditions For The Movement Of Motor Vehicles In Winter Conditions. Implementation Control Will Be Exercised By Authorized Representatives Of The Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority May Assign The Performance Of Additional Types Of Work Related Technologically To The Subject Of The Order, Which Could Not Have Been Known To Him At The Date Of The Procedure, Within The Provided Funds. The Delivery Of The Sandblasting Materials Is The Responsibility Of The Contracting Authority. By Performing The Services Included In The Subject Of This Public Procurement, It Is Planned To Achieve: - Improving The State Of The Road Infrastructure In Winter Conditions; - Creation Of Conditions For Faster And Guaranteed Movement Along Individual Road Arteries In Winter Conditions; - Ensuring The Necessary Passability Along All Arteries, As Well As Access To All Institutions Serving The Population On A Daily Basis - Health And Educational Institutions, Neighborhood Commercial Establishments, Municipal And State Offices, Etc. Improving The Organization Of Traffic And Increasing The Safety Of Travelers.
