The Heat Supplier Will Carry Out The Construction And Financing Of The Heat Production Plant And Will Be Responsible For Its Operation. The Fuel Supply As Well As The Operation Of The District Heating Network And Heat Transfer Stations Will Be Ensured By The Heat Supplier. In A First Phase, The Heat Production Plant Will Have A Power Of 500 Kw And Will Allow An Increase In Heat Production Capacity Up To 999 Kw.
