The Framework Agreement Aims To Designate As Much As Possible Three Bidders Having Submitted The Most Economically Advantageous Offer Based On Award Criteria Specific To The Framework Agreement (See Title I. Part I. “Award Criteria Applied To The Framework Agreement” Of The Csc). During Each Subsequent Contract, These Three Economic Operators Will Be Put Back Into Competition On The Basis Of Award Criteria Specific To Subsequent Contracts (See Title I.
