The Subject Of The Contract Is The Work Necessary To Be Performed As Part Of The Creation Of The Center For Computational Technologies And Sciences: A) Construction Works Including: Demolition Of Walls, Dismantling Of Doors And Lintels, Reinforcement Of Shafts, Brickwork, Installation Of Lintels, New Partition Walls And Door Joinery, Wall Finishing, Ceilings And Floors, Replacement Of The Elevator With Possible Reconstruction Of The Shaft (If Necessary) According To The Contractors Own Design Agreed With The Office Of Technical Inspection, Renovation Of Stairs And Balustrades, Marking Of The Facility, Supporting Structures On The Roof, Fire Protection Of The Attic, Finishing Of Sanitary Facilities, Construction Of A Raised Floor In The Server Room, B) Low-Current Installations Including: Ssp, Lan, Ac, Monitoring, Ssniw, Bms System And Air Conditioning Control In The Server Room; Equipping The Facility With Fire Extinguishers And Evacuation Markings (Pictograms And Fire Safety Signs), C) High-Current Installations, Including: Modification Of The Existing Buildings Main Switchboard, Switchgear Supplying Fire Safety Devices, Fire Protection Switch, Electrical Switchboards, Equipotential Bonding Installations , Basic Lighting Installations, Emergency And Evacuation Lighting Installations, 230V Plug Socket Installations And 3-Phase Circuits, D) Sanitary Installations: Domestic Water, Fire Protection Installations. (Hydrants, Hydrophore), Sanitary Sewage System, Possible Relocation Of The Gas Installation, E) Comfort And Fire Ventilation, F) Air Conditioning Of Office Rooms And The Server Room, G) Equipping The Server Room With It Cabinets, Ups With A Set Of Battery Batteries, H) Preparation Of Construction And Assembly Documentation For Individual Industries And Preparation Of As-Built Documentation Covering All Completed Works, Along With The Approval Of All Appraisers.2.
