1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Repair Of A Man Tgs 26.320 6X2/4 Bl Car, Manufactured In 2009, Vin Number: Wma24szz49w134095, Together With The Delivery And Assembly Of A Brand New Body.2. The Ordering Party Requires The Vehicle To Be Repaired And The Bodywork To Be Delivered With Technical Parameters And Equipment In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Minimum Requirements, Described Below. By Repair, The Ordering Party Understands The Provision Of Services Necessary To Ensure Proper Operation And Proper Technical Condition Of The Vehicle. 3. Delivery And Assembly Of The Bodywork Should Include Collecting The Car From The Ordering Party, Dismantling And Disposal Of The Old Bodywork, Adapting The Chassis To The Needs Of The New Bodywork And Its Proper Assembly, And Delivering The Finished Vehicle To The Ordering Partys Headquarters. 4. Minimum Requirements Of The Orderer Building - Technical, Operational And Quality Parameters Absolutely Required By The Ordering Party: Single-Chamber Garbage Truck Body 4.1. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform A Technical Inspection Of The Vehicle At A Diagnostic Station Before Handing It Over To The Ordering Party And To Provide Documents From This Inspection, - In The Case Of A Difference In The Empty Weight Given In The Vehicle Registration Certificate 4.31. The Contractor Undertakes To Conduct Training Regarding The Work And Operation Of The Structure At The Ordering Partys Headquarters, 4.32. Building Color Orange Ral 2011,4.33. Warranty Period For The Body – Min. 24 Months. Repair Of The Man Tgs 26.320 6X2/4 Bl4.34 Vehicle. Refreshing The Upholstery (Washing Seats, Cabin Headliners) And Cleaning Plastic Elements In The Vehicle Cabin, 4.35. Filling The Gaps In The Cabins Exterior Elements (Plastic Elements Near The Mirror And Lamps), 4.36. Repair Of Damaged Passenger Seat Cushion, 4.37. Sandblasting, Painting The Frame And Protecting It Against Corrosion Before Installing A New Structure, 4.38. Painting The Vehicles Rims,4.39. Replacement Of All Tires With New Ones, 4.40. Replacement Of 2 Starter Batteries .5. As Part Of The Order And The Offered Price, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Following Inspections At The Ordering Partys Headquarters During The Warranty Period: - After 3 Months (Start-Up), - Then One Inspection In Each Subsequent Warranty Year.6. During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure: - Service Response Speed Of 24 Hours On Business Days, - Repair Time Of Up To 72 Hours On Business Days From The Moment Of Reporting, 7. To Perform The Vehicle Repair Service, The Contractor Will Use Brand New, Original Parts From The Manufacturer Of A Given Vehicle Brand. It Is Also Allowed To Use The So-Called Substitutes With Quality And Parameters That Do Not Differ From The Parameters Of The Original Parts Of The Manufacturer Of A Given Vehicle Brand.8. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes An Indication Of Trademarks Or Origin, The Ordering Party Informs That This Provision Is Only A Definition Of Minimum Parameters And Constitutes An Indication For The Contractor What Features The Materials Or Devices Used To Implement The Subject Of The Order Should Have. The Ordering Party Allows The Order To Be Completed By Using Equivalent Materials Or Devices. The Contractor Who Offers Equivalent Materials Or Devices Is Obliged To Demonstrate In The Offer That They Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party.9. The Ordering Party Describes The Subject Of The Contract Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law Allows For Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. A Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Supplies He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. Equivalence Should Be Demonstrated, In Particular, By Means Of The Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104 - 107 Of The Public Procurement Law. Additional Requirements:10. The Ordering Party Provides, Together With The Swz, All Documentation Necessary To Complete The Order, Therefore It Is Not Possible Or Necessary For The Contractor To Check It At The Ordering Partys Office. 11. Required Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Min. 24 Months And Max. 36 Months. The Warranty Period Starts From The Date Of Final Acceptance, Confirmed By The Final Acceptance Protocol. The Warranty Period Is The Criterion For Evaluating Offers.
