The Agenda Of The Training Should Be Aligned With Credible Simulations And Scenarios Relevant To The Syrian And Iraq Contexts. Training Should Also Include 4 To 5 Days Of Training (7 Hours Per Day), Refreshment, Lunch, Training Site In Erbil With Transportation To The Training Site, As Well As All Tools And Equipment Necessary For The Conduction Of The Training. One Session Should Include A Minimum Of 6 Trainees, In Order To Give Room For Flexibility For The Provider To Include More Trainees That Are Not Related To Pin.
