The Subject Of This Publication Is The Conclusion Of Non-Exclusive Cooperation Agreements For The Needs-Based Implementation Of The Company Health Management (Bgm) Sub-Process For Corporate Customers Of Aok Plus - The Health Insurance Fund For Saxony And Thuringia. Aok Plus Initiates, Supports And Accompanies Prevention And Health Promotion Projects And Programs For Its Corporate Customers. Based On The Needs Of The Corporate Customer, Sometimes Only A Sub-Process Of The Bgm Needs To Be Carried Out, E.G. On The Topic Of Exercise, Stress Or Leadership. The Cooperation Partner Supports And Advises The Corporate Customers In The Implementation And Execution Of Such A Sub-Process And Evaluates The Measures Taken In Accordance With The Detailed Specifications Of The Service Description (Appendix 1 Of The Application For Participation) With The Aim Of Achieving These With The Independent Use Of The Whm Structures Created And Further Implementation Of The Implemented Control Cycle Enable.
