Competition For Home Care For Disabled Persons - Serviced Housing In Your Own Home. The Object Of The Procurement Is A Purchasing Service That Supplements Ostrobothnias Own Home Care. Clients Of Home Care Are Persons Whose Physical, Psychological, Social And/Or Cognitive Functioning Is Either Temporarily Or Permanently Impaired And Who Need Varying Degrees Of Support In The Mentioned Areas For Living At Home. Customer Groups Include Elderly People, People With Long-Term Illnesses, The Disabled, Intellectually Disabled, And Mental Health And Substance Abuse Customers. The Service To Be Procured, Home Care For Disabled Persons, Has Been Regionally Produced In The Ostrobothnia Welfare Area As Home Cares Own Production, Purchase Service And Service Voucher. For Own Production, Hired Labor Has Been Purchased For Temporary Needs. In The Scope Of Home Care For The Disabled (As A Purchase Service And Produced With A Service Voucher), There Are An Average Of 30 Customers, For Whom The Service Is Provided For Approx. 2,500 Hours Per Month. The Number Of Customers Is Estimated To Remain The Same. The Number Of Customers Is An Estimate And Does Not Bind The Subscriber. The Customers Are Located In Different Parts Of The Region, They Are In Different Age Groups And With Different Service Needs (20 Hours/Week – 1054 Hours/Month). The Number Of Customers Varies And The Number Of New Customers Or The Need For Services Cannot Be Predicted. Geographical Area This Purchase Concerns Purchases For The Entire Ostrobothnia Welfare Region: The Northern, Central And Southern Regions. Services Can Be Offered To One Or More Areas. The Northern Region Consists Of The Following Municipalities In The Welfare Region Of Ostrobothnia: Kruunupyy, Luoto, Pedersöre, Pietarsaari, Uusikaarlepyy, Mustasaari And Vöyri. The Central Area Consists Of The Following Municipalities In The Welfare Region Of Ostrobothnia: Vaasa And Laihia. The Southern Region Consists Of The Following Municipalities In The Welfare Region Of Ostrobothnia: Kristiinankaupunki, Kaskinen, Närpiö, Korsnäs And Maalahti. The Object Of The Acquisition Are New Customers Coming Under The Scope Of The Service As Well As Purchase Service Customers Who Are Already Covered By The Service Taking Into Account The Customers Interest, The Customers Who Are Already Covered By The Service Will Be Placed In The Production Of The Service Providers Who Will Be Selected In This Procurement. The Procurement Is Carried Out As An Open Procurement Arrangement, Which Means A Procedure Designed By The Customer Himself, In Accordance With The Principles Of The Procurement Act (1397/2016), For Acquiring The Services That Are The Subject Of The Procurement. In Connection With The Establishment Of The Supplier Register, All Service Providers Who Are Suitable And Meet The Minimum Requirements Are Selected For The Arrangement. Service Providers Can Offer Service To One, Two Or All Three Geographical Sub-Regions. The Service Provider Can Be Selected For The Open Arrangement Of One Or More Sub-Areas. The Procurement Procedure Is Opened For Offers After The Initial Period (3 Months) Every Six Months.
