The Purchase Is In The Form Of A Single Design Contract, Including Technical Assistance And Execution Of Works For Construction Of A Wastewater Treatment Plant Discharged From The Aihcb Airport Platform, Including Operation And Maintenance Services During The Warranty Period, According To The Specifications. Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers 20. The Contracting Entity Shall Respond Clearly And Fully To All Requests For Clarification/Additional Information By Submitting Two Consolidated Responses As Follows: On The 20Th Calendar Day Before The Deadline For Submitting Bids. On The 11Th Calendar Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers. The Contracting Entity Will Respond To The Requests For Clarifications In A Consolidated Manner, At The Mentioned Deadlines, Provided That The Requests For Clarifications Are Requested Within The Deadline Specified In The Procedure. If The Requests For Clarifications Are Not Submitted Within The Deadline, The Contracting Entity Will Respond To The Extent That The Time Period Required For The Elaboration And Transmission Of The Response Makes It Possible For All Economic Operators To Receive It Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers
