Contract For Delegation Of The Management Of The Separate Collection Activity And Separate Transport Of Household Waste And Similar Waste Coming From Commercial Activities In Industry And Institutions, Including Separately Collected Fractions, Components Of The Sanitation Service Of Mure County - Zone 2 - T rgu Mure . The General Activity Of A Permanent Nature To Be Performed By The Delegate/Provider During The Period Of The Contract, According To Art. 2 Para. (3) Lit. A) From Law No. 101 / 2006 (R) The Law On The Sanitation Service Of Localities Consists Of: A) Separate Collection And Separate Transport Of Household Waste And Similar Waste From Commercial Activities In Industry And Institutions, Including Separately Collected Fractions, With The Following Specific Activities: 1. Separate Collection And Separate Transport Of Recyclable Waste From Municipal Waste; 2. Separate Collection And Separate Transport Of Residual Waste From Municipal Waste, Including Household And Similar Waste; 3. Separate Collection And Separate Transport Of Biowaste From Municipal Waste; 4. Separate Collection And Transport Of Textile Waste; 5. Separate Collection And Separate Transport Of Bulky Waste; 6. Separate Collection And Separate Transport Of Hazardous Waste From Household Waste. In Addition To The Main Activity, Occasional Activities Will Be Provided, As Follows: 1. The Collection And Transport Of Waste From Homes, Generated By Their Interior And/Or Exterior Remodeling And Rehabilitation Activities; 2. Collection And Transport Of Bulky Waste, Including Mattresses And Furniture; 3. Collection And Transport Of Waste From Public Events. At The Same Time, Exceptional Activities Will Be Performed, As Follows: 1. Separate Collection And Separate Transport Of Abandoned Municipal Waste; 2. Separate Collection And Separate Transport Of Abandoned Municipal Waste From Construction Works. The Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers: 19 Days. The Contracting Authority Shall Respond Clearly And Fully To All Requests For Clarification/Additional Information Within The 12Th Day Prior To The Deadline For Submission Of Tenders.
