Missions Of Csps, Ct And Cssi Relating To The Construction Of The Indian Ocean Health Simulation Center (Cssoi) Of The Chu Of Reunion. The Operation Consists Of The Construction Of The Building Hosting The Indian Ocean Health Simulation Center Of Chu De La R union. The Building Will Eventually House 20 Simulation Rooms Which Will Aim To Enable The Training Of Health Professionals. In This Context, The Chu Aims To Create A Zero Carbon Emission Building And Respecting In Particular The Nzeb Standard.The Operation Will Be Carried Out According To A Sequenced Process By The Initial Conclusion Of A Project Management Contract Within The Meaning Of Articles L. 24311 Et Seq. And R. 24311 Et Seq. Of The Public Procurement Code. Contracts Relating To The Completion Of The Work Will Subsequently Be Concluded. The Estimated Budget Allocated To The Work Is Estimated At 13,000,000 Euro(S) (Excluding Works).
