Ii.1.5)Short Description Of The Contract Or Purchase(S):The Object Of The Procurement Is To Purchase Two Mobile Xray Scanner Systems For Finnish Customs.In This Procurement, Mobile Scanner Means Xray Inspection/Imaging System, Which Is Used For Scanning Whole Trucks (Loaded/Unloaded), Containers And Vehicles To Reveal Dangerous And/Or Illegal Cargo And To Carry Out Manifest Verification To Reduce The Need For Manual Inspection. The Xray Mobile Scanner Is Typically Installed As Part Of A Truck And The Operator Can Drive The Mobile Scanner To Different Locations Of Use.The Procurement Will Include A Maintenance Contract For The Xray Scanners. The Procurement Will Be Carried Out Using A Competitive Negotiation Due To The Complexity Of The Procurement Object.In This Procurement Complies With The Act On Public Contracts In The Fields Of Defence And Security (1531/2011) And Act On Public Procurement And Concession Contracts (1397/2016).
