Prior Information Notice For Performing Forest Management Services In The Gromnik Forest District In 2024. The Subject Of The Order Are Forest Management Services As Defined In Art. 6 Section 1 Point 1 Of The Act Of September 28, 1991 On Forests (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1356), Covering Work In The Field Of Nursery, Forest Breeding And Protection, Fire Protection, Timber Harvesting And Skidding, And Facility Maintenance Forestry And Meadow Farming To Be Carried Out In The Gromnik Forest District In 2024. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Pzp, Within 3 Years From The Date Of Awarding The Basic Contract. These Orders Will Consist In The Repetition Of Services Similar To The Services That Are The Subject Of This Order. The Material Scope Of The Services Constituting The Subject Of The Orders Referred To In The Previous Sentence Will Not Exceed 50% Of The Value Of This Order.
