This Purchase Is Necessary In The Context Of Signing The Financing Agreement No. 7277/03.12.2021, For The Project Improving The Quality Of Life Of The Population In Small And Medium-Sized Cities In Romania One ti Municipality Project. The Project Is Financed Through The Regional Operational Program 2014 2020, Priority Axis 13. Supporting The Regeneration Of Small And Medium-Sized Cities, Specific Objective 13.1 Improving The Quality Of Life Of The Population In Small And Medium-Sized Cities In Romania. One Of The Specific Objectives Of The Project Is Improving Urban Public Spaces, By Modernizing The Horizon Area, In Order To Create Better Living And Working Conditions, Accessibility And Mobility Of The Population. For The Execution Of Works At The Radu Rosetti Onesti Municipal Library, Execution Contract No. 1305 Of 15.12.2022 Was Signed With Sc Intertrade Group Ltd Srl With A Total Value Of 8,429,149.39 Lei Without Vat. Following The Signing Of The Financing Agreement No. 7277/03.12.2021, The Project Improving The Quality Of Life Of The Population In Small And Medium-Sized Cities In Romania One ti Municipality Project, For The Good Implementation Of The Project, It Was Stipulated In The Financing Request, The Purchase Of Endowments That Were Divided Into 4 (Four) Lots. In Accordance With Art. 160 Para. (1) From Law 98/2016 On Public Procurement, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, The Deadline Until Which Any Economic Operator Interested In Participating In The Public Procurement Procedure Has The Right To Request Clarifications Or Additional Information Regarding The Award Documentation Is The 14Th Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers. In Accordance With Art. 161 Paragraph (1) Of Law 98/2016 On Public Procurement, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, The Contracting Authoritys Response To These Requests Must Be Submitted On The 10Th Day Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers.
