Operation Of An Emergency Shelter With Approx. 1,800 - 4,000 Accommodation Places In The Hannover-Laatzen Exhibition Halls With Accommodation, Care And Support For Ukrainian Displaced Persons, Asylum Seekers Etc.. The Contractor Should Prepare And Operate The Above-Mentioned Emergency Accommodation For The State Reception Authority As A Service Provider In Accordance With The Requirements And Specifications Of The State Reception Authority. The Operation Of The Emergency Shelter Includes In Particular: 1. Lead 2. Occupancy Management/Accommodation/Infopoint/Caretaker 3. Social Services 4. Medical Care With A Medical Station And Medical Care (Analogous To Contract Medical Care, Taking Into Account Sections 4 And 6 Asylblg In Accordance With The Provisions And Specifications Of The Lab Ni) 5. Maintenance Cleaning/Object Washing 6. Language Mediator 7. Preparation Of The Hall And Participation In Any Moves That May Occur The Service Must Be Provided Within The Following Scales: Occupancy Price Rating: A. Up To 1,000 People 25% B. 1,001 2,000 People 35% C. 2,001 3,000 People 15% D. 3,001 4,000 People 10% E. Preparation (Per Hour) 15% Further Details On The Type And Scope Of The Advertised Service Can Be Found In The Technical Part Of The Service Description (Part B). The Increase In Occupancy By Moving From Other Lab Ni Properties Can Be Up To 500 People Within A Week And Will Be Determined In Consultation With The Operator. In Addition, The Lab Ni Has The Right To Announce The Exceeding Of The Next Season With One Weeks Notice. In This Case, The Contractor Is Obliged To Adapt The Staff Accordingly. If There Is A Noticeably Lower Occupancy Requirement, Lab Ni Has The Right To Choose A Lower Scale With Three Months Notice. Supply Must Also Be Guaranteed In The Event Of Temporary Overcrowding (Temporary Exceeding Of The Scale Limit By A Maximum Of 5% For Up To Two Weeks) And/Or In Special Cases. In These Cases, There Is No Entitlement To Higher Remuneration Corresponding To The Higher Scale. A Claim To Higher Remuneration Only Exists After The Above-Mentioned Limit Has Been Exceeded.
