The Following Skill Profiles Are Being Sought As Part Of This Advertisement: Skill Profile 1: System And Application Software Development Skill Profile 2: Operational Support As Part Of This Tender, A Framework Agreement Should Be Concluded With A Maximum Of Three Framework Contract Partners, In Accordance With Section 21 Paragraph 4 Vgv. The Specific Calls For Temporary Employment Are Made After Mini-Competitions Have Been Held Between The Framework Contract Partners For Individual Orders. As Part Of This Tender Process, The Three Most Economical Offers Will Be Awarded The Contract. The Attached Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With These Three Leading Bidders. The Contractual Services Are Then Commissioned Via Individual Orders After A Mini-Competition Has Been Held Between The Framework Contract Partners In Accordance With Section 21 Paragraph 4 No. 3 Vgv. The Renewed Award Procedures Are Expected To Be Carried Out Electronically Via An Award Platform. The Deadline For Submitting Offers Is Usually Fourteen Calendar Days. The Incoming Offers Are Examined In Accordance With Section 56 Vgv. The Contract Will Be Awarded To The Most Economical Offer In Accordance With Section 58 Vgv As Follows: If Evaluated Performance Criteria Were Established As Part Of The Mini-Competition, The Most Economical Offer In The Mini-Competition Is The Offer That Has The Highest Index Z According To The Simple Benchmark Method According To Ufab. The Key Figure Z Is Calculated For Each Offer That Meets The Minimum Requirements From The Quotient Of Service L And Price P. In The Event That Only Minimum Requirements Have Been Set For The Provision Of Services, The Most Economical Offer Is The Offer That Has The Lowest Price P Among All Offers That Fully Meet All Exclusion Criteria (Pure Price Evaluation). The Client Specifies The Services To Be Provided In Accordance With The Service Description Of The Framework Agreements And The Specifically Identified Needs. Determinations Are Made Regarding The Specific Service Content, Required Skill Profiles, Service Period And Scope, Etc. And The Documents To Be Submitted With The Offer Are Determined. The Requirements For The Employees To Be Offered Can Be Formulated As A Minimum/Exclusion And/Or Evaluation Criterion. The Respective Characteristics With Response Expectations As Well As The Weighting And Evaluation Of The Criteria For Each Employee Profile Are Part Of The Documents For The Renewed Award Process. As Part Of The Renewed Award Procedure, The Prices Set In The Framework Agreement May Not Be Exceeded. For Individual Orders Whose Order Value Is Above The Current Threshold Set In Section 106 Gwb, The Client Informs The Framework Contract Partners Whose Offers Are Not To Be Taken Into Account In Accordance With Section 134 Gwb. By Submitting His Offer In The Renewed Award Procedure, The Framework Contract Partner Agrees That His Name/Company Name And Address Will Be Provided To Any Bidders Who May Not Have Been Considered. The Parties To The Framework Agreement Are Not Obliged To Participate In The Renewed Procurement Process By Submitting An Offer. In This Case, A Reasoned Rejection Must Be Sent To The Client By The End Of The Offer Period. There Will Be No Remuneration For Preparing An Offer In The Renewed Award Process.
