Bridge Street & Constitution Avenue Stormwater And Sanitary Separation Project The Work Related To The Bridge Street & Constitution Avenue Stormwater And Sanitary Separation Project Comprises Removal And/Or Replacement Of Stormwater Inlet Boxes, Stormwater Manholes And Piping. Curbs, Sidewalk, Driveways And Construction Of An Outfall Structure Along The Lackawanna River Bank. Lawns Shall Be Restored To Original Existing Conditions Or Better. Milling And Full Depth Reconstruction Of Bridge Street And Constitution Ave. As Per The Plans. Replace Roadway Markings Including Paint And Signage As Per Existing Conditions. Workmanship And All Appurtenances For A Complete Job Shall Be In Accordance With The Penndot Pub 408 And Rc Standards Recommendations And These Contract Documents.
