This Contract Requests The Acquisition Of A High-Resolution, Accurate-Mass Mass Spectrometer That Can Work In Ms And Ms/Ms (Msn) Mode. This Equipment Must Have The Ability To Work Online With Nanohplc (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) Type Systems To Achieve Effective Separations In Complex Samples For Proteomic Studies. In Addition, It Must Have The Ability To Work In Maldiimaging Mode, To Be Able To Obtain Omic Mappings (Metabolomic, Lipidomic And Proteomic) On Biological Samples. This Equipment Will Make It Possible To Undertake Comparative And Quantitative Proteomics Analysis Of The Highest Quality And Resolution, And To Address Cutting-Edge Strategies Such As Single Cell Proteomics, Metaproteomic Analysis And Proteomic Mapping On Tissues.
