Prior Information Notice For Provision Of Meals In The Dining Room And Cafe In The Atrium. The Subject Of This Concession Is To Ensure The Operation Of The Czech Radio Employee Canteen In Building C And A Buffet (Or Cafe) For Employees In The Atrium Of Building B At The Clients Headquarters. As Part Of This Procurement Procedure, A Lease Agreement For The Employee Canteen (Including Both Immovable And Movable Property), A Lease Agreement For The Buffet In The Atrium (Including Both Immovable And Movable Property) And A Catering Agreement Will Be Concluded. All Contracts Will Be Concluded With One And The Same Participant Who Submits An Offer Within The Framework Of This Procurement Procedure And Who, Based On The Evaluation Carried Out, Is Placed In The 1St Place In The Order. The Lease Agreement For The Employee Canteen Will Be Concluded For The Period From 1/1/2024 To 12/31/2028 (5 Years). The Subject Of This Contract Will Be The Rental Of The Clients Employee Canteen, Including The Kitchen And Other Facilities. Specific Conditions And Specifications Are Given In Annex No. 2.1 – Binding Draft Of The Lease Agreement For The Employee Canteen And Annex No. 2.4 – Item List Of Tender Documentation (Hereinafter Referred To As “Zd”). The Lease Agreement For The Buffet In The Atrium Will Be Concluded For The Period From 1/11/2024 To 12/31/2028 (5 Years). The Subject Of This Contract Will Be The Rental Of The Buffet In The Atrium Of The Clients Building B (Cafe Intended For The Clients Employees), Including The Facilities. The Specific Conditions And Specifications Are Given In Annex No. 3.1 – Binding Draft Of The Lease Agreement For The Buffet In The Atrium And Annex No. 3.3 – Item List Zd. The Catering Contract Will Be Concluded For The Period From 1 January 2024 To 31 December 2028 (5 Years). The Subject Of The Performance Of This Contract Will Be The Determination Of The Contracting Authoritys Conditions, According To Which The Employee Canteen In Building C And The Buffet In The Atrium Of Building B Will Be Operated. The Contracting Authoritys Specific Requirements For The Operation Of Both Facilities, The Content Of The Offer And Other Obligations Of The Supplier Are Listed In Annex No. 4.1 - Binding Proposal Catering Agreement And In Appendix No. 4.2 – Terms Of Provision Of Zd Services. The Concession Is Not Divided Into Parts, As It Is A Single Functional Unit With A Material, Local And Temporal Connection, And The Contracting Authority Therefore Does Not Consider Dividing This Concession Into Parts Either Expedient Or Economical. It Is Particularly Important For The Contracting Authority That Both Facilities Are Operated By The Same Supplier.
