In Particular, The Equipment That Will Be Acquired By The Project Partners Must Be Designed To Have Strong Complementarity And Encourage Future Access For The Community Of Users (National And Transnational) Through Similar Procedures. As Part Of The Aforementioned Project, The Department Of Mathematics And Physics Of The University Of Salento Fisica Is Expected To Acquire The Following Instrumentation, The Technical Specifications Of Which Are Described In The Sheet Attached To This Notice: A Multichannel Single Cell Flow Cytometry System Which Combines The Performance Of A Flow Cytometer With Ultra-High Resolution Single Cell Imaging Providing Detailed Information On Cell Size And Morphology. The Instrumentation Will Have To Guarantee Very High Standards Of Operation And Reliability, Reduced Measurement Times For Each Individual Sample, And A High Number Of Samples That Can Be Measured Every Year.
