The Client Is Responsible, Among Other Things, In The Areas Of Water And Waste Supply As Well As The Removal Of Environmental Pollution And Has A Commercial Vehicle Fleet With More Than 50 Vehicles. The Vehicle Fleet Is To Be Supplemented By Four Chassis And Four Rear Loaders, Which Will Be Used In Waste Disposal. The Subject Of This Tender Is The Procurement Of Climate-Friendly Special Vehicles (New Vehicles). The Vehicles To Be Delivered Are Pure Battery Electric Vehicles In Accordance With Section 2 No. 2 Emog Of Vehicle Class N3 (> 12 T). The Waste Disposal Vehicles Should Be Delivered By The Contractor To The Designated Delivery Locations And Unloaded There After Notification From The Client. The Bidder Must Also Take Over The Maintenance Of The Vehicles Or Rear Loaders For A Period Of Two Years Or At Least The First 6,000 Operating Hours. Otherwise See Tender Documents.
