The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Tasks In The Design And Build System Called Construction Of The Bicycle Center - Stage Ii, Including Design Work And Construction Works Consisting In The Construction/Assembly/Creation Of: - Three Repeatable Accommodation Buildings With A Minimum Number Of 9 Housing Units/Building ,- Utility And Garage Building With A Usable Area Of Min. 125.72 M2 Including The Square In Front Of The Building, - Parking Lot For Passenger Cars (Min. 22 Parking Spaces), - Local Public Road With A Length Of Approx. 111 M Along With A Bicycle Path, - Paths With A Mineral Surface, - Landscaped Greenery. The Aim Of The Investment Is Supplementing The Bicycle Center With Accommodation Facilities. It Is Planned To Create A Complex Of Buildings Connected To The Bicycle Center, Containing Residential Units With Amenities For Cyclists. The Construction Was Preceded By A Parking Lot For Passenger Cars - Serving Guests Of The Facilities. The Buildings Are Incorporated Into The Existing Greenery; It Is Assumed That Part Of The Historic Cherry Orchard Will Be Restored On The Southern Side Of The Designed Buildings And That Natural Greenery Will Be Maintained In The Form Of A Landscape Park In The Western And Northern Parts.
