Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of A Photovoltaic Farm To Reduce The Operating Costs Of The Pgkim Łęczna Sp. Z O.O. Sewage Treatment Plant.

4.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Design Services And Construction Works As Part Of The Task: Construction Of A Photovoltaic Farm In Order To Reduce The Operating Costs Of The Sewage Treatment Plant Pgkim Łęczna Sp. Z O.O.. 4.2 The Scope Of The Contractors Services Includes: 1) Development Of Design Documentation, In Accordance With The Functional Program -Utility - Hereinafter Pfu (Annex No. 1 To Swz) And The Documents Indicated In Section 4.4, Containing: A) Construction Design - In Paper Form (3 Copies) And In Electronic Form On Cd/Dvd (2 Copies); B ) Detailed Designs For The Entire Scope Of The Order - In Paper Form (2 Copies) And In Electronic Form On A Cd/Dvd (2 Copies); C) Investors Cost Estimate - In Paper Form (2 Copies) And In Electronic Form On A Cd/Dvd (2 Copies); D) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - In Paper Form (2 Copies) And In Electronic Form On A Cd/Dvd (2 Copies). 2) Obtaining The Legally Required Decisions, Opinions, Arrangements And Checking The Design Documentation For The Planned Project; 3) Obtaining A Building Permit, 4) Carrying Out Construction Works Based On The Design Documentation Developed In Accordance With The Ffu, Constituting Annex No. 1 And To Swz; 5) Providing Surveying Services, 6) Preparing As-Built Documentation Including Diagrams Electrical, Technical Drawings, Technical Data Of The Constructed Elements, Including The Development Of Inventory Maps,7) Carrying Out Procedures On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Related To The Completion Of Construction Works,8) Commissioning Of The Installation Along With Carrying Out All Tests And Measurements In Accordance With Applicable Law And Technical Standards In In This Regard.9) Preparation Of Instructions For Use And Operation Of Devices And Installations In Polish And Training Users In The Scope Of Ongoing Operation.10) Reporting The Installation To The Network Operator And Representing The Ordering Party In The Procedure Of Confirmation By The Network Operator That The Photovoltaic Installation Was Built In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In Paragraph 4.4.
