The Subject Of The Order Are Supplies Under The Task Comprehensive Supply Of Natural Gas For The School And Kindergarten Complex In Wierzchlesie For The Years 2024-2025. The Subject Of The Order Includes A Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas Type E For Fuel Purposes For The School And Kindergarten Complex In Wierzchlesie, Ul. Szkolna 48, 98-324 Wierzchlas In The Period From January 1, 2024 To December 31, 2025, With A Total Foreseeable Volume Of 950,000 Kwh. Moreover, The Ordering Party Informs That It Will Terminate The Current Contract With The Notice Period Specified In The Contract With Effect From December 31, 2023. The Projected Consumption Of Natural Gas Indicated Above Is Indicative And May Differ From The Actual Amount Of Gas Consumed During The Term Of The Contract. Reducing The Amount Of Gas, On The Terms Set Out In Point 4.5., Will Not Result In Any Consequences For The Ordering Party (Gas Recipient), Apart From The Need To Pay For The Actually Consumed Amount Of Gas And Transmission Services In Accordance With The Applicable Operators Tariff. The Ordering Party Guarantees That The Minimum Guaranteed Scope Of The Subject Of The Agreement Will Amount To 85% Of The Amount Indicated In 9 Section 1 Of The Agreement. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Limiting The Subject Of The Order In The Event Of A Reduction In Demand For Gas Fuel. Failure By The Ordering Party To Perform The Contract In The Scope Of The Remaining 15% Of The Value Of The Subject Of The Order Does Not Require Giving Reasons And Does Not Constitute The Basis For Its Liability For Non-Performance Or Improper Performance Of The Contract, And The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Order Description. The Rules For The Provision Of Deliveries Are Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Swz, Which Constitutes The Contract Template.
