A Detailed Description Of The Equipment Parameters Is Included In The Technical Specification, Annex No. To The Swz, 2) Loading, Transport, Bringing And Unloading To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, At Its Headquarters, I.E. The Institute Of Organic Chemistry Of The Faculty Of Chemistry Of The Lodz University Of Technology In Lodz At Ul. eromskiego 16, Building A-27, 3) Installation And Commissioning Of The Equipment At The Place Of Its Use, 4) Delivery Of: A) Technical Documentation Of The Equipment Necessary For The Proper Use Of The Equipment, E.G. Operation And Maintenance Manual And Other Documents Required By Separate Regulations, B) Appropriate: Permits, Approvals Or Certificates Regarding Safety And Admission To Marketing In The Eu Of The Equipment, If Required By The Relevant Legal Provisions, C) A Document Specifying The Rules For The Provision Of Service And Warranty Services During The Warranty Period, 5) Conducting Free Training In The Proper Operation Of The Equipment And Its Software, Operation And Maintenance. The Training Will Take Place Immediately After Installation And Commissioning Of The Equipment, No Later Than Within 14 Days From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol By Both Parties To The Contract. The Training Will Take Place At The Ordering Partys Headquarters, 6) Providing A Guarantee Of The Quality Of The Equipment. The Minimum Warranty Period Is Specified In The Technical Specification - Annex No. 2 To The Swz. If A Longer Warranty Period Is Offered, The Contractor Will Receive Additional Points. (Offer Evaluation Criteria Described In Chapter Xiv Of The Swz). Detailed Conditions Regarding The Implementation Of The Guarantee Are Specified In 6 Of The Draft Agreement, Annex No. 6 To The Swz. 7) Performance Of Warranty Service During The Warranty Period Referred To In 6 Section 5 Of The Contract.2. The Equipment Should Be Brand New, Complete, Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects And Damage, And Without Previous Use. It Cannot Be Used As An Exhibition, Post-Exhibition, Test Or Demonstration Item. It Cannot Be A Prototype. It Cannot Be Subject To The Rights Of Third Parties.3. The Equipment Should Meet All Standards Set For Such Equipment By Applicable Law And Have Appropriate Permits, Approvals Or Certificates Regarding Safety And Admission To Marketing In The Eu, If Required By Applicable Legal Provisions, And Have Appropriate Marking. 4. The Equipment Should Be Equipped With All Necessary Elements (Connections, Cables, Etc.) Necessary For Installation And Commissioning Without The Need For The Ordering Party To Purchase Additional Elements, And Should Operate Efficiently And Achieve The Declared Parameters. 5. Detailed Conditions And Rules For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
