Details On How To Execute This Order Are Specified In Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Draft Contract.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Keep A Book Of Daily Reports, In Which Each Entry Must Be Confirmed By The Coordinator Appointed By The Ordering Party. 4. After The Winter Season, I.E. After Completing The Provision Of Services Related To Winter Road Maintenance, The Contractor Is Obliged To Clean Up The Materials Used For Sprinkling The Roads Within The Time Specified By The Ordering Party. 5. The Contractor Providing The Snow Removal Service, Within 14 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, Is Obliged To Purchase Equipment With A Satellite Vehicle Monitoring System And Conclude An Agreement With A Company Monitoring The Gps System - More Information In § 4 Of The Draft Agreement.6. In Order To Perform The Above Order, The Ordering Party Does Not Indicate Any Activities Within The Scope Of The Order For Which It Requires Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract.
