The Subject Of The Order Includes Services In The Field Of Winter Maintenance Of Roads And Streets In The Tyczyn Commune In The Following Towns: Tyczyn, Borek Stary, Kielnarowa, Hermanowa, With A Total Length Of Approx. 130 Km, In The 2023/2024 Season, The List Of Roads For Snow Removal Includes The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz. The Contractors Duties Include Providing 24-Hour Winter Traffic Maintenance Services By Clearing Snow And Combating Black Ice From Roads. The Standards And Sequence Of Snow Removal From Roads In The Tyczyn Commune Are Regulated By The Ordinance Of The Mayor Of Tyczyn Approving The Winter Maintenance Plan For Municipal Roads In The Tyczyn Commune. The Number Of Services Covered By The Contract Will Depend On The Weather Conditions Requiring The Use Of Equipment To Combat Slipperiness And Clear Snow From Roads. The Scope Of Work And The Detailed Location Of The Work Will Be Determined Each Time By The City Hall Employee In Charge Of Winter Road Maintenance Works. The Working Hours Of The Equipment Should Be Recorded By The Contractor, Taking Into Account The Dates, Hours Of Operation Of The Equipment, The Town Where The Winter Operation Was Carried Out And The Type Of Service Performed, And Submit This Data To The Ordering Party On The Next Business Day For Verification. An Hour Worked Corresponds To A Clock Hour (60 Minutes). The Ordering Party Expects Remuneration For Readiness To Act In The Amount Of Pln 3,240.00 Gross Per Month On The Terms Set Out In The Draft Contract. Readiness For Action Should Be Understood As The Operation Of A 24-Hour Dispatch Point Seven Days A Week That Monitors Weather Conditions In The Commune, Patrols Roads And Makes Equipment Available To Carry Out Preventive Actions. The Decision On When Active Action Begins (I.E. Commencing Work At The Site Of A Specific Event As Part Of The Instruction Issued By The Ordering Party Or Agreed With The Ordering Party) Is Made By The Contractor After Consultation With The Ordering Party. The Material To Combat Slipperiness Is Provided By The Ordering Party.
