The New Sewer Network Including; Gravity Main, Design And Construction Of Sewage Pumpstation And Rising Main To Support The Development Of Future State Funded Hospital Housing In The Northwest Of The Tambo Township Along Garden Street, Charles Street, And Internal New Road Of Queen Elizabeth Drive For Stage 1. The Completion Of The Stage 1 Development Would See Lots Of Housing On Sp282885, With A Separate Area On The Corner Of Lot 10 Sp282885 For The Sewage Pumpstation.The Current Interim Plan Is For Work By Others To Design And Construct The Three Houses, Temporary Sewerage Infrastructure And Pump To Drain Sewage Into The Nearby Existing Gravity Main. Once These Temporary Pumps Are No Longer In Use, Modifications Are To Be Made For The Three Houses To Divert And Connect To The Completed Stage 1 Sewer Network. The Future Stage 2 Development Proposed Housing On The West Side Of Charles Street And No Details Have Been Determined For This Development.
