Purchase Of An Excavator . The Client Needs To Enter Into A Purchase Agreement For A Short-Hitch Excavator. The Agreement Also Includes A Service Agreement. As Part Of The Agreement, The Supplier Must Exchange The Customers Excavator. The Supplier Must Take An Excavator In Exchange To Be Qualified As A Supplier. The Supplier Can Contact The Client Via Eu-Supply If An Inspection Of The Clients Excavator Is Desired. See Appendix 4 - Images Of The Replacement Excavator For More Information About The Condition Of The Replacement Excavator. The Client Is Unsure Of The Scope Of The Procurement, But Estimates That The Total Contract Value For The Agreement Could Be In The Order Of Nok. 600,000 Ex. Vat. Please Note That The Estimated Contract Value Is An Estimate, And Shall Not Entail Any Obligations For The Client Or Rights For The Supplier.
