The Purpose Of This Procurement Is To Conclude A Contract For The Design Work Of Transferring The A, B, D, E, G1, G2, J, K And L Housings Of The L. Puusepa 8 Building To District Cooling. The Existing Refrigerating Machines Of The Above-Mentioned Housings Must Be Replaced With Remote Cooling In Such A Way That The Existing Refrigerating Machines Remain For Emergency Situations And That In The Event Of A Remote Cooling Failure, Automatic Switching To The Refrigerating Machines Takes Place From The Buildings Automation System.
