1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of The Building At Ul.3 Maja 24 In Legionowo For The Needs Of The Local Integration Center. 2. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes Plastering And Painting Works On Internal Walls And Ceilings, Sanitary Facilities, Corridors, Flooring And Tiling Works, Replacement Of Internal Doors, Installation Of Partition Walls, Replacement Of Electrical And Sanitary Equipment And Works Outside The Building, I.E. Dismantling A Fragment Of The Fence, Installation Of Ramps For Disabled People, Paving Works And Installation Of Panel Fencing. 3. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With: 1) Industry Detailed Designs, 2) Bills Of Quantities, 3) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Hereinafter Referred To As The Stwior Contract. 4. The Order Is Co-Financed By The Masovian Voivodeship Local Government. 5. In § 25 Of The Swz, The Ordering Party Specifies The Requirements (In Accordance With Article 95(1) Of The Public Procurement Law) For The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing The Activities Specified By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Contract Execution, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code, I.E. By Entering Into An Employment Relationship, The Employee Undertakes To Perform Work Of A Specific Type For The Employer And Under His Management And At The Place And Time Designated By The Employer, And The Employer Undertakes To Employ Employee For Remuneration In Accordance With The Features Of The Employment Relationship According To The National Labor Inspectorate: • Subordination Of The Employee To The Employers Management, • Remuneration For The Work Performed, • The Work Is Performed Personally By The Employee, • Repetition Of Activities In Specific Periods Of Time, • Economic, Social And Economic Risk Of The Production Process , • Work Is Performed At The Place And Time Designated By The Employer.
