Approving The Construction Design And Granting Building Permits. The Commune Also Has Bills Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimates, Which Allows The Investment To Be Started Immediately After Obtaining The Necessary Funds. The Rectory Building In Question Was Donated To The Cieszanów Commune By The Roman Catholic Parish. Saint Wojciech Bm In Cieszanów With The Consent Of The Bishop Of The Diocese Of Zamojsko Lubaczowska, Marian Rojek, For The Purpose Of Its Revitalization. It Is A Detached Brick Building, Built On A Rectangular Plan With A Projection On The South Side, With A Partial Basement, Two-Story Building Covered With A Hipped Roof. It Is Located On Plot No. 2354/4, District 0011 Cieszanów. It Was Built In 1854 And Expanded In 1904. On April 9, 2009 It Was Entered Into The Register Of Monuments Under Number A-346. Basic Technical Parameters: - Area Buildings 268.08 M2 - Area Usable Area 354.87 M2 - Volume 2,879.00 M3. This Facility Is Currently In Poor Technical Condition, Posing A Risk Of Construction Disaster, And Requires Thorough Renovation Works. It Is Damp, The External Façade Has Numerous Defects, And Some Of The Wooden Ceilings Collapsed After Being Flooded By Leaks In The Roof. Ultimately, The Building Is To Serve A Cultural Function, Housing The Museum Of Liturgical Vestments And Preserved Memorabilia Of The Former Diocese Of Lviv.
